Virtually any system we deal with includes our CNC or General Motion
Controllers and additional devices.: |

A
set of servo motors and servo amplifiers (drives), either brush-type
or brushless-type with the drives being either traditional analog type
or the newer types which include a digital front-end (to the
individual drive). Actek has designed our controllers to be compatible
with virtually all of these types and because we have a very wide
range of application experience, we have implemented virtually all of
these choices. In addition, we have interfaced with almost every
vendor of servos, both domestic and off-shore and have implemented
servos from a few inch-ounces in size to as large as several
hundreds of horsepower in size.

Many
systems include spindles of various types and sizes. The types we have
implemented include contactor type, d.c. motor/drive type, a.c.
Variable frequency type, flux-vector type and PM servo types. The most
common type a available today is the variable frequency type and we
offer not only the drive products to implement these but an accessory
interface product that allows us to control up to 8 VFD spindles in
addition to the servo axis count in any particular controller.

All
systems include both motion I/O devices (typ. EOT and Home) and
general purpose I/O devices. As a service to many of our customers we
supply most of all of the switch devices along with the cabling for
them on the machine.

Cabling
is offered, especially for drive/servo sets and for complete packages
which are configured using our IScnc or PScncn configurations.
